CEOmobile.com seeks to take advantage of all available means to ensure the security and transparency of the CEOmobile.com information retrieval service (hereinafter the "Service" ), which provides information about services for booking various travel deals. The Service Owner hereby informs users about what user information can be accessed by the Service as well as how the information that is obtained by the Service is used.
Collection and storage of information
All kinds of data are collected and processed in order to provide users with quality services in accordance with the Service Terms and Conditions of Use.
Data is stored on secure servers. CEOmobile.com utilizes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of data, including access control, firewalls, encryption, HTTPS (HyperText Transfer Protocol Secure), and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) for data transmission. CEOmobile.com does not purposely collect information that can be used to identify (determine) specific individuals who are Service users. At the same time, CEOmobile.com may acquire certain information about users as they use the Service and as a result of their individual actions to take advantage of Service functionality. Information Provided Directly by Users
CEOmobile.com allows the User to subscribe to a website newsletter. The website uses the user-provided e-mail address exclusively to provide information about prices for accommodations at selected venues and to send out a newsletter. The User may at any time unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the appropriate "Unsubscribe" link, which can be found in all e-mails that are sent to the user's subscribed e-mail address.
The CEOmobile.com software allows users to register an account on the website in order to use the Service for personal purposes. Users can log into the website CEOmobile.com using social network accounts (Facebook, Twitter, and Google+). In this situation the service can obtain information about the user's name as specified in their social media account profile. This information can be used by the Service for the following purposes to:
1) Allow the User to log into the CEOmobile.com websites as well as other websites affiliated with Service Owner, including expedia, jetradar.com, and sites that offer airline ticket sales and hotel booking. This is done to provide CEOmobile.com users with special offers from Service partners;
2) Allow the user the ability to personally manage site features (i.e., the User can select and save the particular service functions and settings that they find useful).
The User is allowed to use the Service software to submit data that is required to purchase services directly on the CEOmobile.com website or mobile app, including credit card numbers, guest names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses, and to send this information to a third party provider that sells temporary accommodation services in order to complete the booking. In this case the transmission of user data to third parties must be authorized and carried out directly by the User via a secure connection. In this case CEOmobile.com does not receive any credit card data. However, it is able to obtain confirmation that a reservation was successfully made as well as the name and e-mail address that were specified by the user. The information that is obtained by the Service in this way is used by the Service for the following purposes:
1) Improving the quality of the Service,
2) Providing the User with support in the event of a dispute with a Service partner,
3) Allowing Service employees to contact the User about issues related to booking.
Automatically Collected Information
CEOmobile.com automatically stores information sent by the user's browser when they visit the site. This information includes the page request, IP address, browser type, browser language, as well as the date and time when the page was loaded. When accessing the service from a mobile device, CEOmobile.com may collect data that identifies your mobile device as well as its specific settings and characteristics. The information that is collected in this way is used to analyze and maintain the quality of the CEOmobile.com service.
Cookie Files
Cookies are small text files that are typically stored on the user's computer until the end of the session, i.e., until the user finishes working in the browser. However, sometimes they are stored for longer periods of time.

After the user selects a flight offer/venue that they are interested in and clicks "Book", the site redirects them to the website of the CEOmobile.com partner where the flight booking/ accommodations can be booked. CEOmobile.com does not collect any personal data about users who complete a transaction on a partner site. Our service is only sent statistical data on the total number of bookings and the prices for the transactions. This information is used to determine the referral fee that is due to CEOmobile.com;
3) Gather for analysis to better target advertising.
Use of Cookies and Other Tools for Promotional Purposes
The CEOmobile.com website uses third party services to track usage statistics, information about advertising campaign conversions, and other data. CEOmobile.com does not use these services and tools to collect data on specific users. It only uses general statistics about visitation, the effectiveness of the website, and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Below is a list of additional third-party services that CEOmobile.com uses as well as links to the privacy policies of these services.
Google Analytics and Adwords, the analytics web service of Google Inc. ("Google")
Google Analytics is a free web analytics service from Google, which allows website owners to learn how users interact with their pages. The service collects information anonymously. The company uses its own cookie files to track visitor activities on the website in Google Analytics. They allow you to find out if the user visited this web resource before, the last page that they came from, and how much time they spent there.
CEOmobile.com uses the Google Analytics remarketing function. Remarketing in Google Analytics makes it possible to encourage users who have previously visited the website to return using specially designed ads that target them as they visit other websites. A third-party cookie from DoubleClick is used for remarketing purposes. This cookie files is used to provide remarketing in such products as AdWords through the Google Display Network. Consider the following example scenario: after visiting CEOmobile.com , the user decides to visit a travel blog that also participates in AdWords. Thanks to Google Analytics remarketing, the user will be shown ads encouraging them to use CEOmobile.com .
The user can prevent the Google system from using cookie files by visiting the appropriate page on Google to disable cookies.

1.General provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of the CEOmobile.com service for finding information about booking of various travel and travel-related services. The service is owned by CEOmobile.com, whose mailing address is located at the following address: P.O.Box 2921, Fremont, CA 94536 USA (hereinafter the "Service Owner").
1.2. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the CEOmobile.com service for finding information about booking temporary accommodations (hereinafter the "Service") refers to software that can be accessed on the website at the following address: https://www.ceomobile.com. The User can use the Service to search for information about various travel deals that are offered for sale by third parties, including travel agencies, reservation systems, hotels, inns, hostels, guest houses, etc. The Service may facilitate (automate) the process of purchasing (booking). Users that have signed up for the newsletter can use the Service to track statistical information about price changes for various deals/offers and to receive promotional offers from third parties. Users that have registered with Service are able to personalize the functional capabilities of the Service, including the ability to save data and settings about the Service functions that are of interest to them.
1.3. The User expresses his or her full and unconditional agreement that by using the Service or any portions thereof, the User indicates that he or she has read these Terms and Conditions and fully and unconditionally agrees to them. If the User does not accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, then the User must refrain from using the Service.
1.4. These Terms and Conditions and all relations connected with the use of the Service shall be subject to the legal jurisdiction of the United States of America. Any claims or lawsuits arising out of these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Service must be filed and considered by the court in the jurisdiction where the Service Owner is located.
1.5. If for any reason one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be declared invalid or void, this does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

2.Use of the Service
2.1. The Service Owner hereby grants the User the non-transferable right to use the Service in all countries of the world for its intended functional purpose as defined in Clause 1.2. hereof under a simple (non-exclusive) license free of charge.
2.2. The User may only use the Service, including to form and submit queries to search for information about booking temporary accommodations, by means of the graphical user interface that the Service provides. The Service provides the User with a way to learn about third party offers about various types of travel services (flights, hotels, inns, hostels, and so on) in the locations and on the dates that the User specifies. The Service also provides the User with hyperlinks to the websites of these third-party service providers. In some cases, the Service software provides the User with the ability to submit data that is required to purchase services directly on the Service Owner's website and to transmit this information to the third party that provides the service in order to complete the booking. Any hyperlinks provided by the Service that direct users to a third party website, product or service, or any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature, including the provision of the functionality described above that allows the User to submit information required for purchasing services and transmitting this information to a third party service provider for the purposes of complete a booking, does not represent an endorsement or recommendation of these products (services, activities or entities) by the Service Owner.
2.3. Services (for various types of travel bookings) are purchased and paid for on the websites of the third parties that offer them for sale. The User acknowledges and confirms its understanding of the fact that the Service Owner is not in fact the seller of these services, nor does it guarantee or is responsible for the accuracy of the information about third-party services for these booking, transferring of money or execution of contracts that are related to the purchase of travel services and related services, and so on. In the event of disputes with respect to these circumstances, the User undertakes to resolve any problems directly with the parties with which he or she has entered into a relationship for the sale and provision of the respective services and the transfer of funds.
The User hereby agrees to refrain from the following actions:
1) Interference with the operation of the Service using tools or methods that may compromise its ability to function, including search queries that are submitted to the service outside of the graphical user interface;
2) Use of any software or application that are not authorized by the Service Owner to communicate with the Service;
3) Modification, improvement, translation into other languages, decompiling, disassembly, decoding, emulation, violation of the integrity, or restoration of the original code of the Service or any of its parts;
4) Use of the Service for illegal purposes.
2.5. The Service Owner may at any time in its sole discretion terminate the operation of the Service, change its functionality or prevent the User from using the Service, in which case the User must refrain from using the Service.
2.6. The Service provides the User with the ability to subscribe to the Service newsletter by e-mail. The User agrees that by subscribing to and/or using the corresponding newsletter, he or she consents to the following:
1) Use of the User email address for sending the newsletter and corresponding messages from the Service Owner,
2) Receipt of Service Owner and third party advertising information that is integrated into the newsletter.
Should the User not agree with the terms of this clause, the User must elect not to receive the newsletter by clicking on the appropriate "Unsubscribe" hyperlink provided in each e-mail message.
2.7. The Service provides the User with a way to personalize the Service functionality to suit his or her own needs. The User agrees that by registering (logging into) the Service and using the user account assigned to them by the Service, the User expresses his or her consent to the processing of account data for purposes of operating the Service as defined in Clause 1.2.
3.Liability
3.1. The Service functionality is provided on an "as is" basis. The Service Owner makes no warranty concerning the error-free and uninterrupted operation of the Service, its individual parts, functions or components. It does not warrant that the Service achieves specific goals and expectations set by the User. It does not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the Service data, nor does it provide any other guarantee not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
3.2. The Service Owner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect consequences of any use of or inability to use the Service (including its data) and/or damage to the user and/or third parties as a result of any use, non-use or inability to use the Service (including its data) or individual components and/or functions, including due to possible errors or failures in the Service functionality.
3.3. The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with the laws of the country in which he or she is located, and he or she assumes responsibility for violation of the national legal restrictions on the use of the Service.
3.4. The User is solely responsible to third parties for his or her actions related to the use of the Service, including where such actions will lead to the violation of the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, as well as for compliance with the law when using the Service.
3.5. Should any disputes arise, before filing a lawsuit for dispute resolution the User shall be obliged to submit to pretrial resolution measures, including by first sending a letter to the Service Owner's mailing address as well as an electronic copy to the e-mail address: customercare@ceomobile.com
4.Service intellectual property rights
4.1. Intellectual property rights, including intellectual property used in the Service, such as text, images, designs, databases, know-how, trademarks, trade names and other means of identification, etc., belong to the Service Owner or are granted to it by license holders.
4.2. Intellectual property described in Clause 4.1. may only be used in order to take advantage of the functionality offered by the Service. The User agrees that by using the Service they are not granted any rights to the said intellectual property except as expressly provided under the Terms and Conditions.
5.Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
5.1. The Service Owner reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions unilaterally at any time and without notice. The User shall be notified about any changes to the terms and conditions of this License on the page:
